King Street Club Crawl ("KSCC", "we") runs club crawl events in Toronto. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
What we collect
- Ticket purchases. Tickets are sold through third-party platforms such as Universe, Eventbrite and Get In. They collect your name, email and payment details and share your name, email and order details with us so we can check you in. We never receive your full payment card number.
- Sign-ups. If you join our list on one of our event pages, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email and phone number.
- Emails to us. If you email us, we keep the message and your contact details to reply.
- Website data. Our event pages may use cookies and similar tools, including advertising pixels such as Meta's, to measure visits and ad performance.
How we use it
- To check you in, send event details, and contact you about your ticket.
- To send news and offers about upcoming crawls, if you've agreed to receive them. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run events and communications, such as ticketing platforms, our email and CRM provider, and advertising platforms. They may only use it to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete it or make it anonymous.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. You can also ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@kingstreetclubcrawl.ca.
